I started working on the Studio digital monitor backdrops for online lectures. I started editing and messing with saturation, and color overlays for my first couple of pictures, so this is just a start:

Today we started out with a fun Exquisite Corpse game. For the rest of the day, I did some basic training by editing photo ID’s. Here are some examples:
On my first day as a Design STA, I got to meet and get to know a little about everyone in our team through Zoom. We went over the STA Handbook and got to dive a little into how to use Basecamp and Box. My first task was to add my Daily Plan and upload an SFW meme. Later on, we all reconvened and I was asked to create a quick PowerPoint document that talked about five sections of the STA Handbook. Below are the slides I created:
We were also asked to do a Bio and an Avatar for ourselves. Here is the bio I made:
Today I and the other new STAs began the first day of orientation. The main thing I accomplished was creating a powerpoint based off our student handbook! Although it’s fairly simple (used a template and only adjusted colors and design a bit), I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
Today was my first day with LAITS! It was super cool to meet all my new coworkers (even though we’re all working from home). We each created a PowerPoint with information from our work handbook and here are my (badly cropped) screenshots:
If you’re wondering, I got the color scheme from this generator and the cute doodles from this open-source site. I didn’t use a template, so this is just the default PowerPoint layouts with my embellishments added.
