Earlier in the summer I began the process of redesigning several important kids interactives on the Texas Beyond History site. The first of these was the Population Puzzlers interactive. Today I spent some time making minor adjustments to some visual assets, as well as going through and making the relevant buttons and graphics for each possible question and answer choice.
I’ve been continuing work on illustrations for Latin 506, with a cast of characters including the poet, the girl, the strong Roman, and the magistrate.
These are some second round versions of characters for the online LATIN 506 videos. Steven liked the taller characters I made before, but wanted me to make them over with more traditional Roman clothing. Se here are a few different Roman characters wearing things likes stolas, togas, tunics, and one in Roman Legionnaire’s armor.
As part of the project to create an intro video for the online PSY 352 course, I’ve been making a few background drafts of environments where the characters might reside. Here are a few images cut out of some possibilities.
Here are first draft possibilities for characters and text embellishment. These graphics will be used alongside narration in instructional videos in the upcoming online Latin class. The videos feature lots of vocab words, as well as usage examples involving a “poet” and a “girl” (with frequent rose involvement.)
Using a template given to me by Suloni, I found images of certain celebrities and made more flyers for the fall online Latin course.
