I first made a few changes to the logo design:
Once a logo was chosen, I made some PowerPoint slides for the class:
Lastly, I helped guide out and create buttons for the canvas page:

After receiving feedback on the mock up of the actress for theater makers, we went and made a mock-up of how the set/stage will look
This is the original stage image we used to create the mock-up:
I began with an outline the original stage image in illustrator:
I also outlined the figures in illustrator and placed them in scene:
Once we created all the outlines, I placed the full color figures in the theater:
Then added labels and the audience members:
And this is the final we sent to the clients:

Another RUS406 project we’re working on is character illustrations. These characters need to be drawn in different views with moveable parts so that they can later be adjusted for poses:
Polina is one of the main characters so she is more developed than the first two. She has the ball joints to make it easier for her to change poses, and went through a few changes with her appearance as I kept working:
This was the original design for Polina:
After changing the eyes, I made her into a profile view and created different poses:
I then created sitting poses:
And this is the last version of Polina where she is more saturated and easier to see:
I also went and made a clipping masks for their hair to match Oleg’s character design
