As I go further back in the Blanton Museum exhibition pages, I notice that the older pages are not consistent with the new pages, so I decided to change the layout to make them more consistent.
Made a cute Video
Teaching Aesthetics – Emotionalism. Featuring a Texas Artist.
This video is 3 mins and unrelated to STA work but it was something I did over the weekend and art-related so I have it here if anyone wants to look at it. It’s a little cringe for me to hear my own voice. This video was made for my art education course. It is about emotionalism in art.

Buttons now in Progress
BUTTONS IN PROGRESS
Here are the buttons I made for the LAITS party. I got really excited about making buttons and I knew that maybe some of the other STAs not in design might not want to draw something of their own so I made one for each STA group in my free time. Maddy and Valerie have been putting them together over on their side of the office. <3
Megan’s weekly updates
Weekly updates
This week, I’ve:
- worked on photo IDs
- cut out photos and updated the spreadsheet for the STA roster poster
- Slacked with people and researched for my PR project
- Matthew Busby tells me there is no set date for Chatter faculty presentation, but I am welcome to come when it happens 🙂
- worked on updating photo ID guidelines
- Ingrid and I have been working on a guide (will end up being a linked PDF in the KB) to teach STAs basic aesthetic edits for photo IDs. Here’s a slide I did to show an extreme version of color balance edits:
