Progress: Still drawing. Have the gate mostly done.
Oct. 31st – Nov.4
MARL: Talked with Suloni about color scheme, brushed up the old one and made a new one. Need to meet with Andre and Suloni this week so we can send something to the client for feedback.
LAITS Video Logo: Worked on some logo ideas, but I really didn’t like any of them so we are going to pretend they never existed.
Korean Language Project: Found a bunch of images for illustration ideas; met with Kathy and Suloni and decided on an illustration style; will have my sketch complete by this Friday (11/11) to compare with Kathy’s.
Drupal/Fireworks training: Met with Ming last Friday and worked more on the tutorial project. Will be working more with that this week to get my skills up.
11/11/11 SKYRIM COMES OUT
Oct. 24-28
Worked on color scheme for MARL and started loading things into Cascade/making changes in CSS. Still need to make a logo and finish the color scheme.
Had the tutorial with Ming on drupal/fireworks. Will be working on that tutorial some this week in preparation for Friday’s follow-up tutorial.
Sketched up some logo/workmark ideas for the LAITS video center. Need to finish those and scan them to put on basecamp.
Also this week will start on the Korean Language Project image search.

Linguistics Logo: still waiting for approval from the client
eAnthro Labs: my design for the “send us your ideas” banner and icon was approved
Mimi Nguyen Flyer: changes made, submitted, approved, and distributed
IUPRA Logo: selected pantone colors for each color used in my logo design and submitted them to the client so the logo can be printed on notecards and decals for the doors in Jester
Project: Design a webpage for Mesoamerican Archaeological Research Laboratory

Status: I received pictures from the client and have been working on a banner design. As of 10/24 I will begin designing the nav/footer logo and choosing colors for the rest of the cascade templates.
Oct. 10-14
Project: Linguistics Nav/Footer Logo
Design lead:consulting Suloni & Gina Pollard (client)
Status: ongoing. E-mailed the updated nav logo to the client and am awaiting feedback. Will update the footer logo this week and send that to her as well.
Project: Mimi Nguyen Flyer
Design lead:consulting Suloni and Sona (client)
Status: complete. I redesigned the flyer for Mimi Nguyen to reflect the new topic (Miss Landmine Cambodia). I sent the flyer to Sona to begin distributing.
Project: eAnthro Labs
Design lead:consulting Suloni
Status: incomplete. I received feedback from the client and have made the desired changes as well as begun to apply the icon design to the banner for the same page.
Project: Design a webpage for Mesoamerican Archaeological Research Laboratory

Status: Ongoing. Currently am waiting for images from the client, and in the mean time will think of color schemes for the page.

E-mailed linguistics logo to client.
Received feedback, and will send her the updated logo 10/10 (once I finish it).
Put videoplaceholder in place on cascade page with Andre.
Played with new flyer ideas for Mimi Nguyen.
Started on a banner and icon for the eAnthro Labs page. I created one version using design ideas from original icon/banner. Will come up with a couple more designs departing from original idea starting 10/10.
