The content for advertising spring 2020 classes was completed today. Jaclyn Alford made the final edits to the screen ad based off of my drafts and Myra’s suggestions. I went ahead and added a QR code to the flyer she put together as well.

The illustrations me and Thuy worked on are now published on the life and letters site. An email was also sent out to everyone in the liberal arts department with the GIF I made. Very exciting, now I am just waiting on the printed version when the magazine is out. I am very pleased with how these ended up turning out.
I created a design for the French and Latin bookmarks based off of the design from the Russian bookmark made and the postcards. Panels with imagery from the postcards was placed in the bookmarks. The dimensions are 2 x 6 inches with a 1/4 in bleed on the sides. The Russian online class has a very custom and specific design and the bookmark was made already and only required text and texture updates. That is why the design in different from the other two made. This had to be assembled pretty quickly which wasn’t too difficult to do at all.

Description/plans: Create new bookmark designs for the Latin and French Class and making updates for the Russian bookmarks. The designs have to fall in line with the postcards.

Recently we have gotten a good number of photo IDs to do and Valerie has evenly assigned them to the STAs who have time to work on it. Here are screen shots of my edits. The smaller images were edited to be brighter since smaller images might be harder to see a face. Client communication was completed today.
