A Long Overdue Update

It’s admittedly been a LONG time (3 weeks lol) since I’ve posted anything to my blog, probably because work has been slow (mostly training) and I am STILL working on Canvasser :’) I’ve also been working on COLA web editor chatbot training and the COLA Faculty/Staff/Grad Students Profile Picture Initiative, which I can’t share any neat visual progress for 🙁 BUT some of my recent studio graphic works were shown at a meeting with other LAITS departments and this was the complete design menu:

In the last week or two, I also completed the PSD cutout and color correction training- and I am currently working on the continued Indesign training, here are some visuals 🙂

Lastly, I’ve been developing an infographic training assignment on Adobe Illustrator with Megan 🙂 This week I drafted instructions on how to use the pen/curvature tool to create vector illustrations, here are some of the images for the KB.

Here’s the long-overdue update that I’ve been procrastinating. First things first, you may have noticed that the STA blog banner has been updated~ I’m so psyched that my banner proposal was chosen, here it is again for your viewing pleasure <3

And so what I’ve been mainly going through is CLIO training. Learning HTML/CSS has definitely been hard and time-consuming but I love seeing my code progress 🙂 Here are some screenshots of my CLIO site!

Online Course Graphics & Photo IDS

Happy first day of classes! This is what I’ve been working on for today and last week. Online Course Graphics for the class GOV 312L: Elections. I’ve also been doing shifts in Mezes (RSC Support) which has been a nice addition to my usual tasks. It’s nice to see other faces and excited professors lecturing 🙂

ID Photos and Life Updates

So I’ve been jumping around on small tasks for a bit, and here’s what I’ve got to show! A scuba diver for Megan’s animation (created in Adobe Illustrator). And just some more photo IDs as request keep on coming :’) Tomorrow I start helping out in RSC support, as I’ve just moved back to Austin (yesterday). I’ll be sure to make a blog post on how that goes, but I can already tell you that I’m going to get lost in Mezes :’)
