Description/plans: Redesign AROTC website for 960 format
New Mockups:
Rough sketch of what I have put together so far.
There was no proper 960 mockup .psd, so I figured out all the sizes for the different parts and copy/pasted a new mockup. Still tinkering with the colors and shapes.
