Changes made to the old site:
1. wider width
2. different color palette so the whole site looks cleaner and morereadable
3. changed the banner to something like a photo gallery
4. moved search bar to the top and added social media icons
5. the blue line under HOME indicates the users is on the home page
6. Redesigned the logo: image of puzzles and people ==> Population (people) Research(solving problems/discovery…) center
7. Changed the font to suit client’s needs
8. All the links are in dark orange==> more consistent
