UTFC Image Sourcing

UTFC Greenscreens

Image Sourcing

Project: UTFC Greenscreen
Client /Prof: Internal
Completion Status: Ongoing
Staff Guidance: Maddy
Description: Finding original source of images and sourcing new public domain images.

I kept working on UTFC image sourcing last week, moving onto Course 2. The original photos are becoming more difficult to find, but it’s been interesting to find replacement images on Unsplash and Pexels. This past week, I worked on one module where none of the photos were in the public domain and/or covered by the Creative Commons license, so I spent some time looking for new, similar images to replace them. The next step is to get the new images approved by the UTFC team so that they can go into the new greenscreens.

Also some color palette options.

Description: Mocking up ideas for story segment on homepage in Figma

This week, I’ve been working on how to lay out individual stories/articles/blog posts on the site’s homepage. It’s important to strike a balance between giving the user a starting point and not overwhelming the homepage with information. Here are a few of my ideas mocked up:
